Carte Blanche

It is mid-1980s London, and interior designer Jethra Lely is reeling from the combined shock of a brutal dismissal and a simultaneous offer of work from a wholly unexpected and most unwelcome quarter.  When a jealous woman stops at nothing to come between her and true love, Jethra has to navigate her way through the dangerous shoals of a huge financial fraud, international skulduggery, brushes with the Mafia, arson, terror, and a shattered engagement.  She accomplishes this arduous personal voyage with some aplomb, too much honour, and a lot of heartache.
